Ethics Policy

VPI’s Professional Code of Ethics Policy aims to give our employees guidelines on our business ethics and stance on various controversial matters. We trust all employees to use their better judgment, but VPI has provided guidance to all employees on how to act if certain situations arise. This guidance includes topics that cover respect for others, integrity and honesty, conflicts of interest, justice and fairness, lawfulness, competence and accountability, and teamwork.
