Dr. Ramesh C. Gupta Speaks on the Benefits of Nutraceuticals

Vets Plus, Inc. hosted Dr. Gupta as our first guest speaker at the new Vets Plus Conference and Training Center. Dr. Gupta is a noted author of more than 375 publications on nutrition and toxicology, including seven books such as, “Nutraceuticals: Efficacy, Safety and Toxicity.”  For 15 years, he has been heavily engaged in veterinary nutritional research with special emphasis on joint health in canines.  “Vets Plus is honored to have Dr.Gupta speak to our R&D, Sales and Marketing teams about the benefits of nutritional supplements,” said Raj Lall, CEO and founder of Vets Plus, Inc.

Osteoarthritis is a disease causing chronic and progressive degeneration of cartilage and supporting structures in joints. About Dr. Gupta

Dr. Gupta earned his DVM, MVSc, and PhD in India with postdoctoral work at Michigan State and Vanderbilt Universities.  He serves as Professor and Head of Toxicology Department at Breathitt Veterinary Center at Murray State University. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology, and Fellow of American College of Toxicology, American College of Nutrition, and Academy of Toxicological Sciences
